JOB DETAIL
As a General Admin, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
-General administrative duties:
Handling phone calls and visitors, organizing client information, preparing monthly reports for the Managing Director, etc.)
-Internal support tasks:
Office supply management, contract management, preparing internal events, arranging business trips, organizing shared drives, etc.)
-Management of cash, bank accounts, and credit cards:
Recording income and expenses, checking balances, preparing monthly reports, etc.)
-Coordination with the accounting firm:
Sharing income/expense records, receipts, invoices, journal data, etc.)
-Issuing and sending invoices, checking outstanding payments, and following up on overdue accounts
-Payroll-related tasks:
Supporting salary calculation, sending payslips, arranging social security payments, etc.)
-Tax-related matters:
Withholding tax certificates, personal income tax filings, checking updates to tax regulations, etc.)
HR administration (onboarding and resignation procedures, employment contracts, work permit support, arranging annual health check-ups, etc.)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree in any fields
-Nearly Intermediate level of English
-More than 1 year of working experience (ideally at a Japanese company)
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Good computer skills
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
-Able to multitask and meet deadlines
-Able to communicate effectively with the Managing Director
-Good coordination and communication skills
-Strong problem-solving skills
