JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for general accounting tasks for the company (covering multiple departments under one entity); review accounting documents and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Record general ledgers and prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements with complete and accurate information.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy between book records and actual balances.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, prepare relevant financial documents, and support audit processes and improvements as recommended.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with accounting standards and tax regulations to maintain legal accuracy.
• Utilize ERP systems such as Mango or Peak to manage and record accounting data, while improving financial processes and internal controls for greater efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to prepare reports supporting management decision-making.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in full-set accounting in a large organization or group of companies will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and tax filing procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of VAT and corporate income tax management.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) HSK 4 up — able to communicate and write reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Mango, Peak or similar).
• If have CPD will be advantage.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional with high responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
