JOB DETAIL

• Manage, maintain, and improve the company’s IT systems and infrastructure
• Oversee and support ERP system (Tiptoe and will be SAP in the future), including implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and user support
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively
• Act as a key contact for IT vendors, consultants, and service providers
• Provide IT solutions to enhance productivity, system security, and data accuracy
• Prepare IT-related reports and system documentation
• Support users with system training and technical issues.
• Communicate with IT management or partners regarding IT projects and system requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-10 year of work experience in IT manager with supervise 2-3 subordinates
• Core Systems Experience: Experience in using or implementing core corporate systems, specifically ERP (familiarity with SAP is highly preferred). Experience with PLM, QMS, MES, or WMS is a strong plus.
• Possess knowledge of IT infrastructure services and core system integration. Capable of rapid root cause analysis and coordinating internal/external resources to resolve operational IT system issues.
• Understand programming concepts and possess the capability to conduct Code Reviews.
• Digital Transformation Tools: Experience with digital transformation tools is preferred, such as BI (Business Intelligence), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), LLM (Large Language Models), and AI Agents.
• Experience in IT management or ERP system support (Tiptoe experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate across departments
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferable
