- Participate in planning work process for improve HR&GA Dept.
- Planning regarding HR measurements.
- Planning and executing Internal events.
- Internal Communication.
- CSR event planning and executing.
- HR Data Analysis.
- Translate and communicate in TH-JP and other as assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years as a HRM, HRD and HR Planning.
- N2 up (Prefers N1).
- Bachelor degree in any field, Direct experience in planning task.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Logical thinking and good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skill service-minded and can-do attitude.
