• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, service quality, and profitability.
• Support the General Manager in developing business plans, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Oversee and monitor daily operations across all departments including Logistics, warehouse, transportation, customer service, and import & export team.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, HR, finance, and administration teams.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations while maintaining high service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, service quality, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze business performance and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure alignment between operational activities and company objectives.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure effective communication and problem resolution across departments.
• Supervise department heads and provide guidance to ensure performance and productivity standards are met.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business Administration or Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NVOCC and Customs Work.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English is required. Ability to speak Japanese will be considered a plus.
- Proficient in using computers, including Excel, Word, and others.
- Control operations’ｓ works both of import and export team
- Consult on Customs matters, including general related tasks.
- Summarize the problems and submit report to General Manager or MD
