JOB DETAIL
•Make and precede accounting documents for tax, payment, cash book, audit and so on
•Verify Payment transaction and Making PV
•Input data into internet banking and communicate with book keeper, bank staff and so on
•Make PO and invoice, receiving voucher and any kind of account issues
•Prepare Financial Statements for reporting.
•Take care of Project Control
•Contact with Vendor , Customer, Bank, Post
•Contact with Thai Government ; Revenue department (RD), Department of Business Development (DBD)
•Record Data in Tax system, DBD system, others (if any)
•Support Manager‘s work for Set Strategy and procedure for IT; Audit correspondence; HR; financial; account; Procurement
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- English: Intermediate level of English for internal communications (Higher English proficiency will be an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administrative functions
-Experience in handling AP/AR, payment processing, and accounting documentation
-Experience in preparing Payment Voucher (PV), invoices, and financial supporting documents
-Familiar with Thai taxation and accounting practices (VAT, WHT, monthly tax filing)
-Experience coordinating with external parties such as auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities
-Good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting records preparation
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
