• Analyze and optimize online ad performance
• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Twitter, etc (especially in Google and Facebook)
• Set KPIs, monitor, budget and report results
• Conduct trend analysis and propose improvements
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• 3-5 years’ experience in online marketing/media buying
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
• Solid knowledge of funnels, A/B testing, conversion tracking, pixels
• Experience generating leads registered to support the Sales Team.
• Experience with Shopee/Lazada ads or social listening tools is a plus
• Comfortable with Google Suite for presentation/reporting
