JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for managing up to 4 brands, depending on the portfolio.
- Plan and execute all advertising and BTL activities for retailers and distributors.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers on ATL plans and the creation of new marketing materials, developing them as necessary.
- Analyze data / customer information to identify problems, develop solutions, and uncover new opportunities.
- Plan and implement trade marketing strategies for both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
- Handle promotion planning and budget management.
- Work closely with JP and R&D teams to develop new product launches (NPD).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Licensed Pharmacist.
- 3-5 Years of experience as Product Manager in Healthcare Business.
- Good command in English.
- Experience for taking care of Health products in Drug Store channel.
- Related to job of Marketing / Trade marketing of Healthcare business.

- Flexible and adaptable to new roles or responsibility. Such as new brand, additional task from manager, new direction from JP.
- Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively even when full functional support is not available.
- Logical thinker, open to trying new ideas rather than relying solely on past experiences.
- Highly cooperative with external partners, including agencies and distributors.
- Comfortable handling trade marketing tasks without hesitation.
