Job Summary
Organize safety promotion activities, conduct safety inspections, and investigate employees and involved parties in the event of an accident. Resolve safety and environmental complaints to ensure that all departments within the organization operate safely without incidents.

Responsibilities
- Organize safety promotion activities such as training, safety signage, newsletters, and other awareness programs.
- Plan and establish Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSSE) policies appropriate to the nature of the work.
- Set safety measures, processes, and standards to reduce workplace accidents and hazards.
- Plan and implement preventive measures to minimize risks at every stage of operations.
- Analyze potential risks in construction projects and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Inspect the overall safety of equipment, work areas, and the company environment.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace safety conditions.
- Plan and conduct safety training and awareness sessions.
- Analyze accident and safety data and statistics to improve work processes.
- Prepare safety and environmental reports for management review.
- Investigate employees and relevant parties in the event of an accident.
- Resolve safety and environmental-related complaints.
- Conduct fire drills and evacuation drills, and prepare reports for submission to relevant authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Safety / Occupational Health
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or onsite environments is an advantage
- English is Intermediate level.
- Training or having a certificate of IOGP 577 / CSSS
- Possesses a valid Professional Safety Officer License is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of safety-related laws and regulations
- Good understanding of environmental laws and compliance requirements
- Safety management and implementation
- Ability to provide safety consultation and recommendations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
