We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee facilities management operations at a high-security diplomatic premises in Bangkok.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of building systems and infrastructure in a professional and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management
• Oversee daily operations of building maintenance and infrastructure systems
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management Contract & Vendor Management
• Manage and supervise service contractors (e.g., building maintenance, M&E services, cleaning, security, etc.)
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service standards
• Assist in preparing technical specifications and evaluating quotations Property Administration
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Prepare monthly management and performance reports
• Monitor utilities consumption and operational trends
• Assist in annual maintenance audits Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety regulations
• Support fire safety procedures and emergency drills
• Maintain a safe and professional working environment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Science, Estate Management, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Open for Diploma in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management or related field with minimum 8 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building maintenance.
• Experience managing multiple service contracts.
• Preventive maintenance planning experience.
• Budget planning and cost control skills.
• Fire safety and emergency response knowledge.
