JOB DETAIL

Responsible in a part of book keeping by using SAP as well as filing document :
・Account Payable and Payment voucher.
・Account Receivable and Receive voucher.
・Sale voucher checking by co-ordinating with SCM team
・AR risk report to JPHQ
・Issue invoice to JPHQ and the related country.
・Complete Sale promotion claim from distributor into the system.
Tax management :
・Complete Input and Output VAT report,input VAT reconcile as well as VAT tax filing to Revenue
Department.
・Complete Witholding tax filing (PND3, 53).
Inventory :
・Yearly product destroy observation
・Yearly stock taking at the warehouse with Logistic team.
Monthly,Quarterly,Yearly closing :
・Set in all accrual expense in SAP system
・Account Receivable, Acccount Payable, Others account details
・Royalty report to JPHQ
・Support the external Auditor for half and whole year audit in case of information requirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor degree in Accounting
・2-5 years experiences in accounting and tax filing.
・Experience in SAP is preferable
・Be able to use MS office, especially Excel is in a good level.
・Be able to work under presure.
・Nearly intermediate in English (Mainly in Thai, however English e-mail and or communication with HQ will be required in some)
・Energetic, polite, inter-personal skill, circumspect, mature ( not aggressive), self-confident, creative idea solutions.
