1.Record and verify AJP invoices related to inventory purchases from domestic and international suppliers
including shipping expenses.
2 Review PO, GRN, and supplier invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
3.Allocate and record landed costs (freight, insurance, customs duties, etc.) for imported products.
4 .Monitor estimated landed cost variances, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
5. Maintain and update product cost data in the accounting system.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-Experience: Minimum 3 years in costing, with strong analytical skills, preferably in Manufacturing or Warehouse
-English Level: Lower-intermediate to intermediate level acceptable
Skills:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in cost calculation, inventory valuation, and financial reporting
-Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus
-Detail-oriented and accurate in data handling
