JOB DETAIL

Financial reporting & closing :
-Prepare and analyze monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements,
-Manage month-end/ year-end closing processes , and support internal / external audits.
-Ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end closing in line with corporate accounting requirement.
-Prepare accruals in close collaboration with budget owners and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
-Monitor the status of all account in Balance sheet.
General Ledger & reconciliation :
-Maintain GL., perform balance sheet reconciliations and control key accounts.
Tax & compliance :
-Corporate income tax (CIT) fillings and ensure compliance with local regulations (Thailand revenue department)
-Manage all statutory compliance, coordinating with external auditors and the Revenue department.
-Review monthly tax submission (VAT , WHT , PND 3/PND 53 etc.) and prepare annual tax requirements.
-Liaise with external auditors and government agencies, including the Revenue Department.
-Oversee tax planning, tax management, and ensure full adherence to all tax regulations.
Accounts payable/ Receivable
-Manage purchase and sales transactions, including supplier payments and debt control.
Budgeting and analysis
-Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditure vs budget and provide variance analysis
-Coordinate with internal departments to resolve finance and accounting related issues in a timely and professional manner.
System & Process improvement
-Identify and propose improvements to accounting processes, workflows, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Team & management support
-Develop and coach accounting staff to strengthen financial understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
Cost analysis & Reporting
-Oversee physical inventory counts and ensure perpetual inventory system accuracy.
-Assist in preparing cost reports, analyzing variances (actual vs. budgetstandard), and providing insights for operational improvement.
-Review inventory report and making the adjustment in GL system.
-Analize manufacturing variances (usage ,price and purchase) against standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bechelor degree in Accountant,
- At least 3 years experiences in Accounting & Finance in manufacturing.
- Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS)
- Financial statement preparation and analysis skills
- Knowledge of management budgeting and cost management
- Basic knowledge Tax & audit procedures
- Business English (Financial reporting, email , meeting)
- Good as Ms.Office ,Ms. Word/Powerpoint etc.
- Can speak Japanese will be given special consideration
