- Manage and develop staff in lighting design according to company policy.
- Manage resources, tools, expenses, and budgets efficiently and within targets.
- Supervise lighting design plans, review, and ensure tasks meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Research and stay updated on lighting design products, technologies, and innovations.
- Monitor subordinates’ performance to ensure compliance with standards and schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and clients related to company business activities.
- Provide technical advice and coordinate between internal sales and external parties on lighting design.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance work efficiency.
- Maintain project reference data and technical information.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting design.
- English is Intermediate level.
- Able to use AutoCAD, Dialux, SketchUp
