Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Machine Maker / Factory Automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical design, PLC programming, machine commissioning, and on-site service support for semi-automatic and fully automated machinery. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management capability, and effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical diagrams and control systems for semi-automatic and fully automated machines
- Program, debug, and test PLC systems using Ladder Logic (Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or equivalent)
- Perform electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning of machines
- Plan and manage electrical schedules and overall project schedules to meet project milestones
- Estimate manpower and man-day requirements for machine assembly, installation, and service activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and technical support at customer locations
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly with customers and project stakeholders

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a Machine Maker or Factory Automation company
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical diagram design, PLC programming, debugging, and wiring for semi-automatic and automated machines
- At least 5 years of experience in PLC programming using Ladder Logic (Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or other brands)
- Strong ability to create, control, and manage electrical and project schedules
- Experience in estimating manpower and man-days for machine assembly and installation projects
- Able to communicate in English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to drive
- Service-minded, flexible, and willing to work on-site in various workplaces and environments
