JOB DETAIL

1. Understand the project/program and its requirements.
2. Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
3. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
4. Consult with sales & project departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
5. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
6. Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
7. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
8. Establish and maintain tendering process, and assist sales for tender negotiations.
9. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering field.
- Experience at least 1-2 years in estimator in Electrical Project (LV, MV, switchgear, switchboard, MDB).
- Able to read Single-line-diagram, interpret blueprints, single line diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
- Able to coordinate with sales, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for estimation and tender preparation.
- Experience in tendering process and vendor/subcontractor evaluation is an advantage.
- No need English.
- No need own car, normally work in office.
