JOB DETAIL

Strategic Planning & Market Research:
- Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities in the pet and livestock nutrition sector.
- Leverage research data to explore innovative ingredients and product solutions for animal feed production.
- Develop and implement long-term product strategies that align with market demands and customer needs.
Product Development:
- Assess and select high-potential ingredients and products for commercialization in the feed additive industry.
- Partner with R&D teams to refine product formulations and ensure optimal nutritional effectiveness for target species.
- Establish performance benchmarks, pricing models, and distribution strategies to maximize market reach and impact.
Customer Targeting & Brand Positioning:
- Identify and segment key customer groups, including large-scale pet and livestock feed manufacturers.
- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance product visibility and strengthen market presence.
- Position the company as a leader in animal nutrition solutions through targeted marketing and branding initiatives.
Marketing Management:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness among domestic and international customers.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase expertise and product innovations.
- Implement multi-channel communication strategies, including digital and traditional marketing, to engage customers and strengthen relationships.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and providing technical guidance on product applications.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and services.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Production teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
- Stay informed on global regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and competitiveness in all offerings.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in new product development & launch (preferably in feed additives/feed mill industry)
- Proven track record in business development, product management, or marketing within the pet or livestock nutrition industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Expertise in event planning, campaign execution, and branding strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans.
- Familiarity with global regulations and industry standards in animal nutrition and feed manufacturing is a plus.
