JOB DETAIL
- Manage sales performance and operations across all assigned brands (Operation track focus; AIS, TRUE, DTAC).
- Regularly update sale-out, stock status, and promotion performance with clients to ensure alignment with business targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, identifying key issues and proposing actionable solutions to drive sales growth.
- Monitor visibility and in-store display activities, coordinating with suppliers on installation and promotional materials to enhance sell-out results.
- Participate in event coordination and collaborate with internal/external teams to boost brand performance.
- Analyze sales-out data and competitor performance, including both internal and customer-side data (e.g., retail partner data from major operators).
- Conduct gap analysis between monthly or weekly sales results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide daily sales reports and promotion summaries for clients in clear and concise formats.
- Utilize Excel for manual data analysis and reporting; system-generated data includes model, price, and figures, while the AM team performs deeper analysis.
- Support clients by conducting online training/workshops for new product launches or sales improvement sessions.
- Handle ad-hoc projects related to sales and marketing performance enhancement.
- Take ownership of all sales-related analysis — covering both data and operational sides — ensuring cross-functional collaboration and business insight generation.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Data Analysis, ideally within telecommunication, electronics, or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience or high interest in data analysis and sales performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Chinese or English proficiency is a plus.
