JOB DETAIL

Develop creative inbound travel packages and tailor-made tours for the worldwide market

Work with online travel distributors and manage online booking systems

Build and maintain networks with local tour operators, suppliers, international clients, and partners

Promote travel packages to B2B and B2C customers through multiple channels

Communicate professionally in English with international clients to deliver excellent customer service

Understand inbound tourism markets — including customer preferences, travel behavior, and popular destinations by country

Manage bookings received from online distributors, company websites, and social media platforms.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B inbound sales, preferably with travel agencies, DMCs, or OTAs.

Direct experience in selling to international agents (B2B only) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Thai tourism suppliers (transport, restaurants, attractions, etc.).

Experience in product development and marketing for online/OTA platforms is required.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking systems; familiarity with OTA management tools is a plus.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Have Digital marketing knowledge and experience in CRM Management.
