JOB DETAIL

- Handle process of order with accuracy and timeless, Daily communicate with customer and overseas co-worker,
Delivery management and follow up shipping document.
- Submit quotation, Handle orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Work experience of at least 1-2 years as a sales support
- Experience of Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry will be advantageous for considerable
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (V-lookup and Pivot)
