JOB DETAIL

1. Formulate/compound seasoning samples for customers’ projects.
2. Develop application of seasoning according to prescribed procedures and improve/modify on the procedures where necessary.
3. Perform test and application of seasoning for evaluation.
4. Serve as technical expert and advisor to team and customers.
5. Portfolio evaluation, select and prepare performance report of seasoning library.
6. Submit library performance report to regional team.
7. Select optimal seasoning for projects according to customers’ requirements
8. Actively maintain the seasoning library for prompt service with quality and safety.
9. Manage expired samples in library and dispose safely.
10. Provide and manage necessary supplies for laboratory.
11. Maintain, calibrate and clean laboratory equipment.
12. Supervise cleaning and safe working environment.
13. Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, CSI Team and OEM related to the job assigned.
14. Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other requirements.
15. Comply with Takasago Group’s Charter of Corporate Behaviors and Code of Conduct
16. Capable of handling additional tasks assigned from time to time.
17. To be Takasago's representative as a member for Thai Flavor Association (TFA) and Federation of Thai Industries – FTI.
18. Serve as a representative to address any regulatory affairs question with customers and Thai FDA, visit Thai FDA to discuss including E-consultant.
19. Update related regulations to food & flavor industry to TIET and regional RA teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science is highly preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of savory applications (end to end process).
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D or develop seasoning in food and beverage industry with experience in seasoning development.
- Basic Laboratory procedures and methodology.
- Knowledge of Flavor-related products.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) able to communicate directly with the Singapore team.
- Experience in seasoning development.
- Good command in English.
