■Business development
・Responsible for all sales tasks and activities
・Cold call and visit new clients (Approaching for MD/Decision Maker of Japanese company)
・Introduce the company's services and propose a consulting plan for the client
・Negotiate and finalize the deal

■Account Management(Keep in charge of the clients you've got)
・Onboarding projects and monitoring projects
・Visit clients and provide advice according to client request

※Career path
After experienced as sales, can work as HR consultant.
(Can keep working as Sales too)

■Consultant Job
・Making core part of suggestion for sales
・After get order, lead HR consulting projects(Period will be big and long)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Ever work as Japanese Speaking Sales, BtoB field
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) *Very Important
・Intermediate Level of English

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work as HR consultant, or ever sell consulting service
・Selling for Japanese company/Japanese person
・Selling directly for MD level
・Selling Intangible products
・Selling HR-related solutions
・Work experience at Japanese company.
