- Create and carry out sales plans to bring in new business customers and encourage more use of payment cards.
- Find and build good relationships with partners to launch joint business-to-business-to-consumer projects.
- Plan and run sales campaigns and promotions to attract new cardholders and boost usage through partner channels.
- Work with internal teams to design offers and make sure they are delivered well.
- Track sales results and market trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Be the main contact for partners and manage long-term relationships with them.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 3 years of experience in banking, or financial services.
- Clear record of meeting sales goals and handling partner relationships.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai market and business culture, especially in payments.
- Experience with B2B2C business models.
- Background in working within multicultural or matrix organizations.
- Target-driven, with strong motivation to exceed sales goals.
- Proactive, able to take initiative without needing close supervision.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when communicating with people at different levels.
- Strong sense of responsibility, follows tasks through to completion.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
