JOB DETAIL

- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Analyze material strength, component structure, and overall mechanical integrity.
- Translate customer and project requirements into technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and OEM partners to ensure design accuracy and production quality.
- Support prototyping, testing, and technical problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
- Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and drawings.
- Provide on-site or remote support for engineering-related tasks and manufacturing issues.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including those in Japan and other overseas locations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in design or technical engineering roles
- Proficient in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong understanding of materials, strength analysis, and mechanical systems
- Experience working with OEM manufacturers or tier-1 suppliers is a plus
- Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Able to read and create engineering drawings (Design Drawing)
- Good command of English; Japanese language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience as a Technical Engineer is preferred
