JOB DETAIL

- Client Development & Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and engage overseas Chinese enterprises and Chinese industrial parks to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits and business negotiations to deeply understand client needs, particularly urgent and complex logistics requirements of key accounts.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service, promptly address client issues, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit targets.
- Regularly review sales activities, analyze successes and failures, and report business progress and key client updates to management.
- Solution Design & Market Insight:
- Stay updated on international air and sea freight market trends and competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and provide end-to-end customized logistics solutions based on a deep understanding of client industries and logistics needs.
- Financial & Risk Management:
- Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients, actively follow up on payments, and ensure timely collection while being accountable for repayment rates.
- Internal & External Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of client requirements.
- Collaborate with international headquarters and other regional teams to share market insights and best practices, driving the achievement of global strategic goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales within the international freight forwarding/logistics industry. Preference for candidates with existing client networks in overseas Chinese enterprise markets or experience studying/living abroad.
- Professional Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth understanding of international logistics processes and key products (air/sea freight).
- Strong insight into the pain points and logistics needs of Chinese enterprises expanding globally.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct market analysis independently and provide value-driven, data-based solutions.
- General Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese/English (working proficiency).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
