This is a Sales Assistant Position, however you will need to communicate with customers (relation maintenance, responding to enquiries, etc), and support the team proactively.

This position is someone who would like to be a Sales staff in the future after working as a Sales Assistant.

1. New Business Development
-Explore new business opportunities in PCBA manufacturing and related components
-Support strategic growth through market, competitor, and industry trend analysis
-Consult on projects and build long-term relationships through customer and supplier visits

2. Sales Management
-Oversee the sales process, including quotations, negotiations, prototype proposals, and after-sales support
-Prepare sales forecasts, update the pipeline, and create reports for management

3. Customer Relations & Account Management
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
-Handle inquiries, provide project progress updates, and explain prototype status
-Coordinate with internal departments (sales admin, production, engineering, warehouse, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction

4. Technical & Commercial Support
-Work with engineering and production teams to understand and respond to customer requirements
-Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with recommendations from the engineering team

5. Internal Coordination
-Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with factories (in collaboration with engineering and production teams)
-Promote smooth project execution through cross-departmental cooperation

6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
-Prepare monthly sales reports
-Negotiate cost reductions with suppliers
-Address excess/defective inventory (finished goods and raw materials) and coordinate with customers
-Monitor payment status and collaborate with the finance team on overdue accounts

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in Business-related fields
-Must have 2 years of experience handling PCBA or electronic components, or sales experience in the manufacturing industry
-Upper intermediate level English proficiency
-Must understand of PCBA processes
-Knowledge of electronic components and supply chains
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
