- Maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop sales plans and build strong partnerships with business partners.
- Prepare necessary documents and information for sales proposals and present products effectively.
- Handle sales-related documents and order management processes, such as quotations, PO/CO, payments, etc.
- Verify orders and related documents for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the sales process.
- Monitor daily shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in on-site audits with customers as required.
- Be available for communication via phone on Saturdays (not full-day).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience B2B, B2C (experience in the same industry will be an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
