- Responsible for Thailand Sales activities as well as Regional Sales activities for Singapore/Malaysia Sales Functions.
- Provide daily customer support via email, phone, and onsite visits to ensure effective communication with customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospects customers
- Drive new business development through coordination with relevant internal teams within company
- Ensure customer satisfaction, achieve job requirements & KPIs through professional and proactive coordination.
- Manage market database and analysis (including data entry and market research).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- working experience 5-7 years at least. Direct experince in Shipping Business is advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field; major International Logistics is advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Computer literate in MS office package
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, and Logical Thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
