■ Objective
The Sales Director is responsible for developing business strategies aligned with both short- and long-term goals, leading a high-performing sales team, and working closely with the CEO to drive sustainable profitability and business growth.

・Drive sales activities, especially with media agencies, to expand opportunities and strengthen market presence
・Lead and motivate the sales team to improve engagement and performance
・Make strategic decisions to grow the business and increase profitability
・Build strong relationships with key partners and act as the main contact for major stakeholders
・Analyze issues and provide solutions to ensure business continuity and growth
・Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to guide strategy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・7+ years experience doing Ads product/solution sales or have worked for a digital marketing agency
・Own strong network within the media agencies(Own good portfolio of clients from direct brands)*Very Important
・1+ year experience as sales manager
・English Upper Intermediate level
・Familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, and Word

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Knowledge in Programmatic display & video advertising and social media advertising
・Holistic marketing experience
・No Job Hopper
