• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including account payable, account receivable, general ledger, fixed assets.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and relevant reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial performance and reporting to parent company.
• Provide financial insights to management.
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate cash management activities.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls treasury, creditor payments, debtor collections and financial systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting with a minimum 10 years of direct field experience.
• Experience in Manager Level is plus.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation and other related.
• Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, active, fast learning and good human relationship.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements by accounting standards.
• Knowledge of business process, financial, planning and service/trading system.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs and experience with ERP system.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
