JOB DETAIL
Manage and execute daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Support and implement HR initiatives related to compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related services and processes.
Act as a communication bridge between Thai employees and Chinese-speaking managers to support alignment and understanding.
1.Maintain and update HR documents, employee files, and HRIS systems.
2.Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Thai labor laws and company policies.
3.Participate in organizational planning activities, including supporting org chart updates and headcount tracking.
4.Assist in HR reports, analysis, and presentations as needed.
5.Organize internal activities and support recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates), with recruitment responsibilities accounting for approximately 80% of the role.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Art, Business Administration or related field.
2. 1–5 years of experience in an HR coordinator role, with strong skills in recruitment.
3. Good knowledge of IT industry and retail business

6. Good command of English, and the ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage.
