【Main Duty】
・Find new clients and manage existing customers.
In Eastern Area
・Maintenance included auto leasing sales for Japanese and non-Japanese companies

【Job Description】
・New Customer Development: Approach Japanese and non-Japanese companies through methods such as phone calls, emails, and visits to propose auto lease services with maintenance.
・Existing Customer Management and Relationship Deepening: Regularly visit and contact assigned existing customers to propose contract renewals, inquire about additional vehicle needs, and build strong relationships.
・Lease Contract Quotation and Proposal: Design optimal lease plans based on customer requirements (vehicle type, duration, maintenance details, etc.), and prepare and present quotations.
・Credit Checks and Contract Procedures: Conduct credit checks on customers for new contracts, and after obtaining internal approval, proceed with the creation and execution of contracts.
・Driving Company Vehicles for Customer Visits: Drive a company car to visit client sites for sales activities, particularly in the Eastern Branch area in Chonburi.
・Vehicle Delivery and Handover Supervision: Supervise the delivery of contracted vehicles, explain the vehicle to the customer, and handle the exchange of necessary documents.
・Sales Activities to Achieve Incentive Targets: Implement planned sales activities to achieve various targets linked to incentives, such as monthly and semi-annual revenue goals and new customer acquisition numbers.
・Sales Performance Reporting: Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and results to a supervisor to review progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
・Collaboration with Partners: Build and maintain good relationships with business partners that provide referral fees and kickbacks to generate new business opportunities collaboratively.
・Market and Competitor Information Gathering and Sharing: Collect and analyze market trends and competitor service details/pricing in the assigned area, sharing this information internally to contribute to the company's service improvement and sales strategy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 3 years of vehicle leasing/rental sales
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・Must have Driver Licence

・working experience in vehicle leasing/rental sales
・Can Speak Japanese
・Working experience in Japanese Company
