JOB DETAIL

1. Identify and seek potential new customers from various sources, including databases, market research, and leads.
2. Conduct initial contact with potential customers to introduce and increase interest in the solutions offered by the
company.
3. Collaborate with the related team to explore and understand customer needs and pain points in order to provide
relevant solutions.
4. Negotiate with prospective customers regarding pricing, contracts, and other terms based on the prepared proposal,
aiming for a win-win deal and ensuring alignment with company goals and profitabilit
5. Coordinate with internal team (such as Sales Ops, Project Manager, etc.) during the implementation process of the
agreed-upon solutions.
6. Ensure the delivered services meet customer expectations, also manage and resolve customer issues promptly to
maintain trust, customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
7. Develop and execute effective account strategies to gain a deep understanding of each customer account's needs,
business challenges, and growth potential.
8. Carry out administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations and initiating project guidance after receiving the
Purchase Order (PO).
9. Communicate regularly with the leader on sales progress, performance against targets, and insights into customer
trends.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience & Competency:
• Minimum of 3 years in sales, account management, or related fields in AWS/Google/Microsoft, with a proven track
record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with additional understanding of the of the Thai language considered
an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & sales acumen.
• Good in analytical thinking skill & problem solving skill.
• Target-oriented & services excellent.
