JOB DETAIL

• Follow the company’s IT plans and goals
• Provide IT support (both internal and external)
• Handle software support issues
• Perform data backups (both automated and manual)
• Assist with hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, accessories)
• Support IT needs at branch offices
• Manage basic IT-related paperwork
• Take care of general IT tasks such as:
o CCTV system maintenance
o Mobile device management
• Join company activities and follow internal systems
• Suggest improvements to current IT systems or processes
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience as an IT Support 1-3 years
• Intermediate level of English
