As an IT Infrastructure Engineer for the Thailand branch, you will play a key role in enhancing our local IT operations.

Your responsibilities include;
-Install, maintain current and new branch IT systems
-Establishing IT policies
-Managing system and device operations (especially POS systems)
-Leading IT operation improvements
-IT risk management and regular collaboration with global teams.

Job Details:
1. Install, maintain current and new branch IT systems
-They will open more branches in Bangkok area. (Can access by MRT/BTS, but you will need to visit the stores)

2. Establishing IT policies
- Research Thai culture and legal relevant to IT.
- Improve, define, and communicate internal IT policies tailored for the Thai office.
(Currently, the Japanese standard/policy is implemented in the overseas branches but need localization)
-Coordinate with Japan HQs to set the local IT regulations.

3. Help translate and communicate IT policies in Thai to ensure understanding at all employee levels.
- IT Equipment Operations
- Manage POS system hardware and coordinate with the POS operations team.
- Set up (can be done by following the manual) and maintain the network equipment in the office and the shop,

4. Leading IT operation improvements.
-Plan, implement, and manage systems to improve operational efficiency.
-Oversee basic workflows and system usage, including Google Workspace.

5. IT risk management and regular collaboration with Japan HQs.
-Monitor the IT Risk, and share it with other branches.
-Participate in regular meetings with Japanese and overseas IT members to share the related information

6. Other tasks assigned by manager

■Targeted IT Systems/Services
- POS-related systems
- Office, store, and mobile networks
- IT Services such as office access control and attendance tracking

■Report line: Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must-Haves
-Vocational or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
-Must have JLPT N2 or higher
(You will communicate with Japanese HQs when setting up/install the systems in Japanese.)
-Experience in IT support, network design, setup, and operations
-Strong interest in global IT governance and compliance

■Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with IT asset/device management
• Knowledge or experience in IT service management (e.g., ITSM)
• Experience in IT risk management
• Product or project management experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISM, CISA)
• No job hopper
