• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to applicable standards (ISO9001)
• Oversee document control and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits; follow up on corrective actions.
• Based on Our Company's Quality Standards, you will oversee all aspects of quality and inspection in tire mold manufacturing, driving quality assurance. You will contribute to achieving quality KPIs such as reducing defect rates and minimizing customer complaints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Internal Drawing and Plant control to ensure quality is built into every stage of the process.
• Lead or support investigations of customer complaints and implement preventive actions.
• Promote quality awareness and ensure team members are trained in quality standards and procedures.
• Supervise QC operations, including incoming raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Ensure that the process of inspection checking is conducted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with procedures.
• Verify that all QC results meet product specifications before release.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance measuring equipment.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformities, deviations, or out-of-specification results.
• Maintain detailed QC records, test results, and sample retention according to company policy.
• Coordinate with the production team to address quality issues in real-time and reduce rework or scrap.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a manufacturing.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Proven experience in conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits with customers, third-party certifiers
• Knowledge of quality control processes for incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations.
• Experience with non-conformance handling, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
• Ability to prepare audit schedules, collect evidence, perform gap analysis, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively with other departments
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams, assigning tasks, and guiding QA/QC staff to meet performance targets.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
