- Communicate with customer, improve customer service and quality, manage and handle customers’ feedback, complaints and recommend
solutions
- Manage and handle quality issue of operation process including patrol audit
- ISO9001 and IATF system
- New product, new model documents preparation
- Supplier audit with buyer
- Other sales duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in automotive electronics business with 5-7 years of QA experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Possess good command of both spoken & written English
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
- Outgoing, mature and highly motivated
- Possess initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
