As an R&D Staff member, you will be responsible for developing new food products and recipes in collaboration with internal teams and production sites, and for implementing these products on the production line.

1. Market Research & Collaborate with other departments/team
-Understand market needs and conduct marketing research, while proactively communicating with the sales team to ensure alignment of development activities.

2. Developing new food products and recipes
-Develop new products and recipes for ASEAN & Western market, in line with company strategies.
-At kitchen/cooking laboratory, draft, test, and refine recipes

3. Product implementation at factory
-Visit factory in Thailand / overseas, to coordinate with factory staff to manage the process from product planning to production implementation.

4. Perform and advise the Company's Research and Development works.
-Prepare and manage documents related to Research and Development.
-Perform activities and create reports of R&D in Southeast Asia region.
-Continuously self-learn and build necessary knowledge to drive development activities forward independently.

Notes:
Developing processed/frozen products for:
The Japanese market, ASEAN and Western markets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
-English at intermediate level or higher level
-Physically tough
(*You will be working at kitchen labo, making recipes, so this is not an office work working at a desk whole day)
-Must have professional cook /chef experience.
-Must have professional experience in developing new products (including making recipes), and implementing new products in the production line.
-Having at least 3 years of R&D in food (Frozen food, meat is preferred but not limited to)
-Must be able to create new recipes for new products
-Adapt to the needs of a newly established department by maintaining flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset.
-No job hopper.
