JOB DETAIL
- Develop, execute, and continuously enhance the quality of training programs to ensure sales staff possess the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required to deliver high-quality customer service and sales performance, in alignment with company standards and policies.
- Plan, design, and continuously improve training curricula related to customer service, sales techniques, and relevant product knowledge.
- Prepare training materials and translate product and training documents provided by the company to ensure they are ready for use in training sessions and marketing communications, such as point-of-sale materials and digital content, within designated timelines.
- Act as a company representative and uphold the corporate image when coordinating product information and training activities with internal and external stakeholders, including purchasing teams, suppliers, store managers, media, and KOLs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze training effectiveness using quantitative data such as sales results, post-training assessments, and feedback from customers, employees, and relevant departments, in order to systematically plan improvements and corrective actions.
- Analyze and address issues related to sales performance and customer traffic, and provide recommendations or guidance to sales staff and relevant teams.
- Prepare training performance reports in accordance with head office plans, including recommendations for improvement, and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with international training teams, accurately transfer knowledge, and effectively implement training programs.
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and continuously improve sales staff performance through On-the-Job Training (OJT), with ongoing performance monitoring.
- Analyze numerical data obtained from training and actual work performance, such as sales results, customer count, sales per head, number of units sold, staff evaluations, and customer feedback, to develop structured improvement and corrective action plans.
- Assess individual strengths and development areas of sales staff and provide constructive coaching to enhance job performance and professional capability.
- Supervise and manage sales staff appropriately to foster teamwork, collaboration, and minimize workplace conflict.
- Provide information, recommendations, improvements, or solutions related to service quality, sales performance, customer volume, or product performance to sales staff or relevant stakeholders upon request.
- Ensure appropriate handling and response quality for customer inquiries and complaints related to products and services, in accordance with customer service and customer care procedures.
- Coordinate and support counter operations and training activities between sales staff and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Human Resources.
- Manage and maintain counter equipment, uniforms, tools, and training materials to ensure readiness and compliance with established standards.
- Oversee and manage sales staff welfare matters related to training, in accordance with company regulations and employee welfare policies.
- Perform other personnel development–related duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training or related functions.
- Experience in training in cosmetic industry.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, serving as a positive role model for the team.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to translate documents and communicate training content effectively.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles relevant to training functions.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
- Creates a positive learning environment with a positive mindset.
- Willing and able to travel overseas as assigned.
- Strong interest in and effective use of technology and social media platforms.
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people and adapt well to change.
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and appropriately, tailoring messages to different audiences and situations.
- Proficient in computer applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, email, and internet-based tools.
