Report to Thai Manager
Number of Subordinate: 50 Shift workers

- Supervise and control the polymer chip production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Monitor, record, and manage production data and documentation to support process control and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to shift workers on polymer chip production processes and best practices.
- Support and participate in research and development activities to improve and optimize the polymer chip production process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in *chemical, polymer/materials, textile engineering/textile science, applied chemistry, polymer science, or industrial management/production management engineering field.
- More than 5 years in *polymer production.
- Proven experience in supervising production teams and *managing shift operations.
- Strong understanding of polymer chip production processes, including polymerization, extrusion, and pelletizing.
- Proven knowledge of process control, quality standards, and safety regulations in chemical or polymer manufacturing.
- Lower Intermediate level of English.
