JOB DETAIL

• Manage end-to-end plastic injection projects, including tooling and mold design
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Oversee mold design and validation, ensuring DFM compliance
• Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
• Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Communicate project progress with clients and stakeholders

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields)
• Over 6 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in injection molding, pad printing, or assembly.
• Familiar with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong knowledge of injection molding process, mold construction, and DFM principles
• Familiar with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, SPC) and ISO standards
• Proficiency in English; Chinese or Thai language skills will be an advantage

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QA, procurement)
