JOB DETAIL

-Manage and oversee project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
-Perform structural design and ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.
-Review and verify adherence to laws, regulations, and industry codes.
-Prepare accurate price estimations for proposals and tenders.
-Define and coordinate the scope of work with vendors and customers.
-Influence and gain buy-in from customers and all relevant stakeholders for proposed solutions.
-Conduct on-site surveys to gather data and finalize solutions for tender submissions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
-Good understanding of structural design concepts
-Intermediate level of English proficiency
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field
-Experience in designing factories, offices, malls, and hospitals
-Proficient in using 2D , 3D CAD software
-Must own a car and possess a valid driving license
-Flexible and willing to relocate based on project locations
