JOB DETAIL

■General
Work as construction project manager, about factory, office building etc.
Projects related to:
-Piping System(Water)
-HVAC System(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
-Process Utility System
-Fire Protection System

■Detail
・Manage planning about assigned construction project
・Corporate with Team member, and group companies, partner company's staff needed
・Go on-site, and checking current status, give instructions to staff
(Mechanical Engineer will do installation. Monitor/Manage them, No need to do by yourself)

*Sometimes, work on Saturday
If this case, company will pay Allowance, and provide Compensatory leave
(Work 5 days per week)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・5+ years experience at construction company, including 1+ year working as project manager
・Academic background or working experience about Mechanical Engineering
・Ability to read construction project's drawings
・English Intermediate level
・Driver's License

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Own car to go on-site

■Optional
・Ever manage big project
*Company has many project.
Project assignment is flexible.
For candidate who never manage big projects, can start from managing small projects first.
