JOB DETAIL
• Organize and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Assist with job posting, interview scheduling, and communication during the recruitment process
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and orientation setup
• Prepare simple reports and internal documents as required
• Help maintain employee records and filing systems
• Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and handling internal coordination
• Communicate with other departments and external contacts as needed
• Support IT work
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
• New graduates are welcome to apply; internship or part-time admin experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in Thai, English and Japanese (N3 up)
