- Registration for SSO. including employee registration and terminations, benefit claims, contribution submissions, workmen's Compensation Fund, Provident fund, and group insurance processing and claims.
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events and employee engagement activities, such as annual staff gatherings and internal functions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, employment contacts, and employee welfare in accordance with company policies,
applicable laws and prepare and process payroll.
- Administer the quarterly and annual employee performance evaluation processes in coordination with departmental mangers
- Draft, Implement, and maintain company rules and regulations; manage disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and the issuance of
official HR-related documents.
- Coordinate the application and renewal process for work permits and visas for foreign employees.
- Provide administrative support and handle general administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Conduct full recruitment process; from job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, Interviewing, offer, to onboarding. Sourcing, screen candidate applications.
- Perform in the recrultment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command in English (Report to Singapore)
- In-depth knowledge of Thailand labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance procedures.
- Strong hands-on experience in independently managing HR & Admin operations.
