JOB DETAIL

• Manage Module development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules. (Unit: Require, Chassis: If any)
• Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define module specifications.
• Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
• Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
• Control project budgets and report project status to management.
• Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
• Promote the growth of the team and member.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability and experience in project management, particularly in product development at least 3 years.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
• Basic knowledge of Unit (Refrigerant cycle) for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design. (Chassi if any)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level"
• Understanding of Modular design method which can optimize DTC between raw material and manufacturing.
• Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry."
