Develop maintenance and repair plans to ensure machinery is in good working condition.

Assign tasks and supervise maintenance technicians to perform their duties properly.

Plan, control, and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) processes.

Inspect and follow up on repair and maintenance results.

Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure projects are completed according to organizational plans and requirements.

Manage, track, and make systematic decisions for engineering and maintenance operations.

Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed successfully (working closely with Sales Engineers).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership role, managing technicians or engineering staff.

Knowledge of PLC, PM, and CM systems.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.

Experience in generator installation is a strong advantage.

Strong project management ability, capable of leading teams to complete tasks successfully.
