Team of 6 members
Number of Subordinate: 3-4 Sales Planning Staffs

Responsibilities;
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and develop business strategies.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for sales campaigns and promotions.
- Generate reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate sales target planning.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Price analysis (BtoB, BtoC)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years up of experience in the tire industry or related industries. *Prefers direct experience in business analysis.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken *TOEIC score 600 or higher.
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
