At a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in resin and epoxy, you will be responsible for:
-Ensuring that product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements
QC: Check and approve the QC check done by other members)
QA: Mainly conducting research and reporting
-Managing the QA/QC Department (2 team members)
-Handling audits related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
-Managing customer audits and implementing corrective actions as needed
-Maintaining and managing documentation related to RoHS, IMDS, REACH, and Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Must have more than 5 years of QC-QA experience (With strong QA experience is preferred)
-Having working experience at Japanese factory is highly preferred.
-Must have customer audit experience.
-Able to conduct ISO9001, 14001 audit.
Having knowledge in RoHS, IMDS, Reach, DG (=Regulations and systems related to manufacturing and trade) is highly preferred.
-Nearly Upper-Intermediate level of English
-Japanese speaker highly preferred (current Chief is a Japanese speaker)
