JOB DETAIL

1.) Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned branch as set by the company.
2.) Plan sales strategies, analyze market trends, competitors, and the fitness industry outlook to develop tailored strategies for the local area and target customers.
3.) Review and optimize the sales process to improve service efficiency and enhance member experience.
4.) Lead, manage, and develop the branch sales team, focusing on sales skills, customer service, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
5.) Resolve sales and customer service issues promptly, and report performance outcomes and development plans to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree or higher
2.) At least 1 year of experience in a Supervisor or Manager role within the fitness industry
3.) Strong leadership qualities and a pleasant personality
4.) Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with team members
5.) Passionate about fitness and exercise
6.) English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) will be considered an advantage
